First things first, what does a mindset transformation coach do? Let’s break this down:

Mindset – By definition mindset is the established set of attitudes held by someone. If we explore this further we learn that our attitudes, beliefs, and thoughts control our lives by controlling our emotions and behaviors. This is present everyday, in everything that we do. The more we become aware of our inner voice the more that we can control the response that comes from within us, whether it be the way that we address ourselves or other people.

Transformation – A transformation is accomplished by achieving and building upon your transitions. This creates a dramatic change or metamorphosis. Think of this as a staircase, each stair is a transition that you challenge yourself with, whether it be a huge goal you set or honoring healthy boundaries or creating solid daily habits that stick. These are examples of transitions that when build upon each other lead to a healthier, happier, and more fulfilled version of yourself. Getting to the “top of the staircase” can be hard work and it takes commitment to push yourself to the next stair on days when you want to give up. Transformations do not happen overnight and are a process, so it is key to not be hard on yourself if you aren’t moving up the staircase as fast as you would like. Remember we are all a work in progress, not a work of perfection. You are exactly where you need to be for this chapter in your book of life.

You will be doing the work, but you will not be alone. You will have a partner in me that you can use as a guiding resource along your transformation.
